Liquid Gold on Puget Sound

Published July 28, 2010

There’s something magical about that golden light and the gentle urging of the waves in and out. It makes me feel rich in my own secret way.

I let that magic fill me up as I watched the sun set over Puget Sound in Carkeek Park one summer evening in early July.  Sometimes I can still feel it.

Carkeek Park is in Seattle, Washington in the Pacific North West.

This photograph is one of my current favorites, and I am pleased to designate it as my Print of the Month through August.  The Print of the Month is available in one size only at $100 off the standard prices.  Please jump over to my online gallery to check it out.

I have revamped my gallery and store area on my website.  Prices are lower and prints are now offered exclusively as gallery wrapped canvas. The quality of canvas for photography printing has improved dramatically in the last few years, and I have decided to switch over.  It has a beautiful look, and the ability to hang it without the added costs of custom matting and framing is too good to pass up.  Framing is also available for the canvas at a slightly higher price point.
