Shipping, Returns

All domestic orders for prints are shipped via UPS ground unless special arrangements are made and billed at a flat rate of $25. All prints are made and mounted to order; orders typically take 2-3 weeks to process. Ground shipping can take anywhere from 2 – 7 days depending on location. Every piece we ship is carefully inspected before it is packed. Extra care is taken to package your artwork so that arrives in perfect condition.

International shipping is available, but extra charges are likely.

Your package is both insured and traceable: We want you to receive your artwork in perfect condition. To this end we take all the necessary precautions so that your photograph is not damaged during shipping. All orders must be prepaid in full. All packages are insured and traceable. If for some reason your package was damaged during shipping despite all the care we took packing it, you are covered by our exclusive free replacement warranty. Just call or email, return the damaged item to us and we will ship you a brand new piece at no extra charge. We want you to enjoy your artwork for years to come and to have wonderful memories associated with it.



Returns: 
We want you to know that each and every purchase is covered by our 100%, "take 90 days to decide" money back guarantee. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and enjoy displaying our artwork in your home or office. If this is not the case just return the artwork to us and we will refund your money. This warranty will be honored whether you made your purchase over the internet, over the phone or in person. This warranty does not apply to pieces which were altered, modified, reframed or re-matted by someone other than Jennifer Durham Photography. Your piece must be in like-new condition when we receive it. This offer only applies to limited edition prints. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping from your location to ours. Shipping costs from us to you are not refundable. Your return needs to be insured and traceable. Each return must be preceded by communication with us notifying us that a return is coming. Returns for which we have not been notified, and returns that have not been approved by us, will be returned to sender. Our policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
